Woke up with stiff joints tried the methylene blue after a 2 day break from it. Not sure it works anyone else try this ?

Thank you the latest thing I’m trying for my dystonic back muscles is methylene blue I’ll give that 2 months and then I’ll maybe be approved for Botox

Awesome and congrats. I speculate that the fun-ness of e-bikes and other things like slides, skiing, surfing, and swings, is the feel of powerful smooth movement with less effort than expected. Works for other animals too.

Amazing, I love these updates, maybe not your usual substance as you say, but certainly inspirational! Even if you eased off a bit and stayed in this general level, it is quite some achievement. I am also returning to the usefulness of cycling; after ten months of struggling with gluteal tendinopathy I realised I couldn’t walk my dog the exercise it needed. I was worried I was going to have to part with him but part walking and part cycling with him has enabled me to carry on!

Yay! Congratulations! That is so awesome, really. I can imagine how good it feels after you've worked so hard. Good for you.

And NO! If you have muscle soreness every time, don't do it! You DESERVE a rest after such an achievement. Maybe only every other day or every third day or whatever but take good breaks in between and keep going that way!

I know, I know, who am I to tell you how to proceed with basically anything in life? I would swear that I have the equivalent of at least a BS in this stuff, but it took me about eight years to get it. I was bed bound 6 months ago and now I am in bed only about 4 hours a day. It is definitely not pacing but you probably know what it is. Haha, we all think we are experts! I just don't want you to crash although at this point, it probably would be months long.

You've come so far! You are awesome dude. Total inspiration!
